Return Policy
1. Return Window
We accept returns for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please CONTACT US with your order number and proof of purchase.
- By Mail: Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to mail your item.
- Return Labels: Customers are responsible for generating their own return labels and paying for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
3. Item Condition
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We accept returns for:
- New, unopened products.
- Items with manufacturing defects or damage upon arrival.
4. Refund Method & Processing Time
- Refund Method: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
- Timeline: Please allow 2 business days for us to process your return once it arrives at our facility. Banks may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the refund to your account.
5. Fees
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees for returned items.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your total.
